Ignores text ranges of this rule to be checked as parent range.

property IgnoreAsParent: Boolean;
Description

Effects only on rules with StrictParent = True. When text ranges of these rules are checked for Parent condition, all parent text ranges of rules with IgnoreAsParent = True are skipped. 

For example, conditional preprocessor statements should be skipped when checking parent condition of any rules.
