Removes master lexer.

procedure RemoveMasterLexer(SyntAnal: TSyntAnalyzer);
Description

Master lexer - lexer that contains sub-lexer rule that refer to this lexer. Do not call this procedure. It is called automatically when you change TSubAnalyzerRule.SyntAnalyzer property.
