Creates and initializes a TSmartTagWnd instance.

constructor CreateStyled(AStyle: TSmartTagStyle);
Description

Use Create to programmatically instantiate a TSmartTagWnd component. 

Smart tag windows are created by the TSmartTagManager and always should accept style reference.
