Returns a value indicating whether the specified KeyQueue matches KeyDefs property.

function IsHandled(KeyQueue: TKeyQueue; IgnoreCtrl: Boolean): Boolean;
Description

IsHandled method returns true if all of the KeyQueue items match corresponding item of KeyDefs. Returns false otherwise.
