Number of levels in the range collection. Each level contains list of not overlapped ranges. 
Levels 
Level of the ranges collection. Each level is a list of not overlapped ranges.
Do not add ranges directly to the level. It will cause incorrect searching in the collection. Instead, add range using TRangeCollection.Add method.
